
SalsAerobics™ is an aerobic dance cardio workout which allows you;
- High and low impact cardio aerobics
- Teaches you three Latin dances; Salsa, Merengue and Cha Cha
- Burn calories to Latin rhythms and dance off those inches
- Meets twice a week for 1 hr on Wednesdays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 10am
- Monthly membership is $75 per person

Capoeira - A Brazilain martial art, Capoeira is a truly unique sport: part dance and part fight. The capoeirista moves to the rhythm of the berimbau, an African string instrument, and as the tempo changes, so does the pace and energy of the game. Depending on your point-of-view, capoeira can be seen as a form of exercise, a fast and exciting sport, self-defense, or a game of strategy and survival.

Biography of Instructor
Instructor Morcego, born Alexandro Silveira in Salvador Bahia, has been training capoeira since age 7. Morcego recently moved to the United States to continue his mission of sharing Brazilian culture and the art of capoeira with the world. Recently, Instructor Morcego performed in Hamilton, Bermuda where he visited the island to support Project Change: Bermuda, a charity which provides reconstructive surgery for people living in poverty around the world. He has also participated in performances in Houston, New York, Framingham, Boston, and all over the country. He provides workshops and performances for schools, groups, adult education, and individuals in addition to offering weekly classes for all ages.
In addition, Instructor Morcego enjoys the music of capoeira and has written many original songs that attest to his talent in all areas of the art.

Biography of Instructor
Bonnie Wallace's love of music, dance & healing led her to complete her certification as a Nia Instructor in 2006. Prior to that, she received her board certification as a Music Therapist from Arizona State University and worked with a wide range of individuals in various therapeutic settings. Additionally, she holds Level I certifications in both Guided Imagery in Music (GIM) and Reiki. She has spent extended time studying and practicing the Alexander Technique, a method for improving ease and freedom of movement, balance, support and coordination. Recently, she received the rites of the Munay-Ki, a sacred initiation passed down from the ancient people of the Americas to cultivate love, light, peace & stewardship. Bonnie’s Nia classes focus on mind-body-spirit integration and allowing the body to move in ways that maximize awareness to eliminate discomfort and cultivate self-love.
