Salsa Storm is as a team of fun and energetic Salsaholics (noun., A person with a habit or addiction for salsa music and dance) whom are passionate about dancing and teaching Salsa. In May of 2005, Ray Gonzalez and Annette Montanez founded Salsa Storm Dance Instructors Inc. The studio was designed with a classy and sophisticated look and feel and is located in the Canal Arts District of Worcester.Salsa Storm instructors have taught thousands of students different levels of Salsa, Merengue, Bachata and Cha Cha. The teaching styles of the Salsa Storm instructors allow students to feel comfortable, motivated, and eager to learn.
Today Salsa Storm studio offers a variety of dance and fitness classes to children and adults, including, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cha Cha, , Capoeira, Flamenco, Belly Dancing, and SalsAerobics.
PHILOSOPHY OF TEACHING From the beginning, it has been their desire to do more than just teach people to dance. Not only do they want to expose people to the beauty, excitement and energy of SALSA music and dance, but also to the Latin culture from which it originates.
VISION Their vision is to create a "Salsa Community" right here in Worcester. A community that is as diverse as the city. When people share a common interest they form a bond. What better way to bring people together than through the fun and excitement of dance?
Music is the hidden language of the soul. M. Graham
