

SalsAerobics is an 8 week aerobic dance cardio workout which offers you;
- High and low impact cardio aerobics
- Teaches you three Latin dances; Salsa, Merengue and Cha Cha
- Burn calories to Latin rhythms and dance off those inches
- Meets once a week for 1 hr. on Thursdays @ 5:45pm
- 8 week program
The Transitions Lifestyle System program is a special component designed to educate you on how to keep those inches off;
- Learn to maintain a healthy diet
- Incorporate exercise and nutrition into your life
- Learn how to manage and reduce stress
- Online support and free textbooks
- Program coached and monitored by a registered nurse.
- Reach your goal and see results!
- Meets once a week for 1hr on Fridays @ 5:45pm
